SHIPPING/RECEIVING ORDERS
Above all, you must know that all our products are shipped from our stores with best quality levels and perfect finished, after that they have passed several exhaustive quality controls.
Orders will be supplied, except stock breakage, between 48 and 72 hours (to the Spanish Iberian Peninsula), if the order have been issued before of 5 PM local hour of commercial hours. Orders issued after 12 AM hour of Friday will be managed in the next working day.
All our consignments are insured by the transport company, so if any of the consignments has any anomaly or irregularity you must note inmediatelly or befor of 24 hours in writting by fax or email to the transport company and to Arte-Mar, to we fill in the incidence form.
Procedure when you receive a order.
Usually, the reason of the items of purchase arrive defective to the customers, is caused of hits or bad treatment made by transport agency.
When the distributor delivers you the order, you must do the next check or test:
* The quantity of packages must be equal than the written in invoice. (1)
* Packages must not have any hit or deformation (2)
* All items must have their respective package. (3)
(1) - In case of the quantity of packages is not equal than the written in invoice, repel the order and write in invoice the reason of the return. The signature of the distributor is not necessary.
(2) - If some item or package have hits or deformation, unpack the items at sight of the distributor and write in the invoice the hits and deformations that packages had and all damages than the items have. The distributor must sign with you.
(3) - If some item has not its respective package, write this subject in invoice.
