What will Artemar.es do about my personal details? Will Artemar.es give my personal details to other companies?
In accordance with International Laws and the law Ley Orgánica 15/1999, of December 13rd, of PERSONAL DETAILS PROTECTION, Arte-Mar inform to the clients that every information that they give us, will be enclosed to a file of personal detail informations, created and kept by Arte-Mar authority.
The finality of this file is to do easier the handling of the orders. Arte-Mar assures the security and privacy of these information. Moreover, Arte-Mar gets involved to the cumpliment of its obligation of secret of personal detail informations, and its obligation of keep them and to get the necessary measures to avoid that these information alter them selves, be missed or not authorized use. So this, nothing information of our clients will be used to commercial purposes and nothing of then will be given to other companies.
Arte-Mar will only give personal details of the clients to transport companies and to the necessary intermediaries to manage thir orders or to do better service for the clients.
In accordance with International laws and the law Ley Orgánica 15/1999 of December 13rd, of PERSONAL DETAILS PROTECTION, as client of Arte-Mar you always can use the right to access, modify, cancel or object tho the personal detail, informing in writting to:
